The patients should meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in the "Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type2 diabetes in China 2017"; 3.The patient's vital signs were stable; 4. Patients should be aged 18 years or older and younger than 80 years; 5. Patients should have a stroke onset between 15 days and 1 year; 6. Patients should have at least 1 lower extremity that can actively complete hip extension and knee extension movements; 7. Patients were required to pass the MMSE scale test; 8. Patients had Mrs. grade levels between 3 and 4; 9. Informed consent was signed by patients or family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are any of the following: 1. Patients with abnormal vital signs. The diagnostic criteria were BPM >= 35 or an increase >= 50%; SpO2 40%); Heart rate >= 145 beats/min or sustained >= 20% increase from before the test; Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or = 20% increase from before the test; Body temperature >= 38.5? or = 200U/L, or aspartate aminotransferase AST >= 200U/L in glomerular filtration rate; 5. Patients required 1 person or more assistance to walk before stroke onset because of neurological (e.g., advanced Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis) or non-neurological (e.g., heart failure, orthopedic diseases); 6. Patients had one of the following conditions: ununited lower extremity fracture, severe osteoporosis, limitation of passive range of motion of major lower extremity joints (extension deficit>20°in the affected hip or knee or dorsiflexion deficit>20°in the affected ankle), hypertonia, and an Ashworth grade of 2 to 4; 7. Patients with untreated lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; 8. Patients with more fluctuating blood glucose levels (= 16.7mmol/L); 9. The patient had acute infection, proliferative retinopathy, diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic foot and other diabetes complications not amenable to exercise; 10. Patients suffer from diabetic complications not suitable for exercise, such as: acute infections, proliferative retinopathy, diabetic ketoacidosis, plantar pathology, etc.; 11. Patients were considered unable to comply with study requirements; 12. Patients were enrolled in other drug or medical device clinical trials during the same period.
