18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Acute stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria set by the National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 3. Head CT or MRI confirmed, and there are responsible lesions; 4. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent, promise to abide by the research procedures, and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac pacemaker, deep brain stimulation or other implantable medical electronic devices; 2. Participate in any other clinical research trials; 3. Pregnant or trying to get pregnant; 4. Severe spasm; 5. Performed surgical operations on vagus nerve; 6. Bradycardia ( < 60bpm ); 7. Cognitive impairment or alertness, or significant decrease in concentration, may affect the understanding of the instructions of the exercise test; 8. Complicated with severe primary diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, advanced heart or lung diseases, and other organic brain diseases such as brain tumors.
