Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had undergone thyroid surgery for the first time and had undergone lymph node dissection in Central District or neck dissection at the same time; 2. The diagnosis of thyroid thyroid cancer was confirmed by intraoperative frozen section and postoperative pathology; 3. No history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy was found before operation.; 4. Age ranged from 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent thyroid cancer; 2. Complicated with other malignant tumor; 3. Pregnant and breast-feeding women.
