Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 30-70 years old; ?BMI:24-35kg/m2; ? The patient was diagnosed with T2DM and the course of disease was 3 months to 10 years. ? no more than 3 antidiabetic drug users (including only lifestyle intervention or use of 1-3 antidiabetic drugs); ?6.5%=HbA1c=10%; ? Little daily activity: sit for more than 5 hours a day, and fail to reach the goal of 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week for at least 3 months; ? Subjects voluntarily sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use insulin to control blood sugar; 2. Combined with ketoacidosis, acute and chronic infection, surgery, trauma and other stress states; 3. Preparation, pregnancy or lactation stage; 4. Known physical activity contraindications (including cardiovascular disease, unstable angina, or heart failure symptoms, acute and chronic cerebral infarction and sequelae, severe and chronic microvascular complications of diabetes, such as retinopathy, neuropathy and kidney disease, etc.); 5. Suffering from chronic consumptive diseases such as malignant tumors, hematological diseases, mental diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc.
