Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet DSM-IV or V diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; More than 18 years old, less than 60 years old; Right-handed. No history of antipsychotics; No previous history of head trauma; No other neuropsychiatric disorders; No cardiovascular, liver, kidney, lung and other organ diseases, and diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other metabolic diseases; No family history of genetic disease; No history of alcohol or drug abuse; There were no contraindications of magnetic resonance scanning, and no organic brain structural abnormalities were judged by the radiologist. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications of magnetic resonance examination (such as claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, etc.); A history of substance abuse or dependence (e.g. alcohol, drugs, etc.); Patients with major physical diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, neoplasms, chronic infectious diseases, etc.); Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Combined with other major mental or neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, etc.; A history of acute infection at the time of enrollment or during the course of the study; There was a history of head trauma and loss of consciousness for more than 10 minutes.
