No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With a diet history of freshwater products or contaminated water; 2. Elevated peripheral leukocytes (>10,000/µL), especially eosinophilia (>7%); 3. Radiologic findings correspond to clinical manifestations; 4. Positive results in the Paragonimus-specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test. The confirmed paragonimiasis depends on the ELISA test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with pericardial effusion, ascites; 2. Combined with other infections; 3. A small amount of pleural effusion, non-surgical treatment.
