Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are clinically diagnosed as heat stroke and need organ function support; (2) Age >= 18 years; (3) Patients received long-term follow-up; (4) Informed consent signed by the patient or his legal representative; 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Healthy volunteers signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Pregnant and lactating patients; (2) Patients already enrolled in other studies; 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: (1) Pregnant and lactating volunteers; (2) Volunteers who have already participated in other studies.
