Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I-II18-65years,General anesthesia with tracheal intubation for elective operation plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adrenal cortical insufficiency; Allergies to the involved study drugs and rejected participants.
