40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-time ischemic stroke patients, 40–75 years old. 1. Diagnosis of stroke by neurologists; 2. First-time ischemic stroke, admitted < 6 monthd after stroke onset; 3. Unilateral focal brain lesions; 4. Diagnosed in conformity with the DSM-V diagnostic criteria; 5. NIHSS <15; 6. No contraindications to MRI scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded: 1. Brain dysfunction caused by other non-vascular causes; 2. History of depression, dementia and other psychiatric diseases; 3. MMSE < 19; 4. No show in the follow-up visit; 5. TIA or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 6. History of other neurologic diseases.
