18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Conforming to the Chinese Guidelines for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and undergoing their first percutaneous coronary intervention; 3. A score of >= 37 on the exercise fear scale for patients with cardiac disease; 4. New York cardiac function classification within grade III (including grade III); 5. No communication impairment, no psychiatric system disorders, no memory impairment; 6. No infectious diseases; 7. Patients and family members gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving emergency interventional treatment; 2. Suffering from malignancy, hepatic or renal insufficiency, thrombotic disease, severe somatic disorders, etc.; 3. Participating in other studies with conflicting study protocols.
