Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, 100 patients who underwent shoulder arthroscopy in the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University after proper preoperative preparation were selected. ASA Grade I to II, age 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peripheral nerve injury or lesion; History of long-term use of analgesics for chronic pain; History of psychotropic drug use; History of alcohol abuse; History of opioid allergy; Lactating and pregnant women; Regional block contraindications, esketamine contraindications, diabetic patients; Patients who do not wish to participate in the study.
