18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years old; Meet the diagnosis of severe pneumonia or ARDS and mechanical ventilation >= 24 hours; The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rapid progressive neuromuscular disease; 2. APACHE II score is greater than 30; 3. The patient may die within 48 hours; 4. Increased intracranial pressure; 5. Limb disability or loss, unstable fracture; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
