Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is a bone defect at the target extraction site or the implant site in the edentulous area, and the implant surgery can only be performed after site preservation or bone augmentation; 2. Age >= 18 years old, male or female; 3. Good oral hygiene conditions; 4. The general condition is good and can tolerate surgery after the evaluation; 5. Have signed the "Informed Consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any systemic disease that may contraindicate surgery, such as uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised, coagulation disorders, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, alcohol or drug abuse, oral and/or intravenous bisphosphonates; 2. Poor oral hygiene or inability to maintain oral hygiene as prescribed by a physician; 3. Smokers >10 cigarettes/day or alcoholics; 4. Patients with active periodontitis who do not receive basic periodontal treatment; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Patients who cannot tolerate implant surgery.
