Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High myopia group: informed and voluntary participants, aged 18-70 years; 2. Diopter = 26mm; 3. Nonhigh myopia group: informed and voluntary participants, aged 18-70 years; 4. Diopter>-6.00D, axial length<26mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diseases or operations that may affect the shape of the eyeball, such as ocular trauma history, ocular disease history caused by non high myopia, ocular tumor history, and scleral buckling surgery, were excluded. Patients with systemic disease history, cardiac pacemaker installation, presence or suspected presence of metal foreign bodies in the eyeball, after silver clip ligation of aneurysm, presence of metal foreign bodies or metal prostheses in the body, critical patients with life risks, and claustrophobia patients were excluded.
