Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 years old; Angiography (CTA, MRA, or DSA) showed lesions of the middle cerebral artery, intracranial segment of vertebral artery, or basilar artery, with a stenosis rate of 70%-99%/ occlusion or carotid artery occlusion. Patients were able to receive dual antiplatelet aggregation plus risk factor control therapy; Pregnancy tests were negative for women of childbearing age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following complications: a history of intracranial hemorrhage or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction within 6 weeks; Combined with atrial fibrillation, cardiogenic stroke; intracranial tumor, vascular malformation, aneurysm; uncorrectable hemorrhagic disease; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; blood disorders or infectious diseases. The expected survival time is less than 1 year. MR Examination is strictly prohibited if there are foreign bodies in the body.
