Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic knee pain caused by musculoskeletal diseases (such as knee osteoarthritis, patellar osteoarthritis, meniscus injury, iliotibial band syndrome, patellar pain syndrome, goose foot bursitis, patellar tendinosis, and tibial epiphysitis); Pain for more than 1 month; Age above 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with central sensitization,rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, suppurative arthritis, etc; Acute injury; contraindications to physical therapy.
