1:Each subject received three resistance training protocol interventions and one no-intervention control in a randomized order (four experiments in total), with each experiment separated by one week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18~30 years old, healthy young male college students, with regular exercise experience in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic illness, and exercise contraindications, Skeletal muscle injury in the past six months.
