18 Years to 48 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 ~ 48 years old; 2. Weight 18-30 kg/m^2; 3. The American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is I ~ II level; 4. There was no previous history of spontaneous vaginal delivery; 5. Consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a long history of taking sedative and analgesic drugs or drug use or alcohol abuse before operation; 2. Patients with arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, and autonomic nerve dysfunction; 3. Allergic to drugs and excipients; 4. Sleep apnea syndrome or difficult airways; 5. Recent respiratory infections; 6. Communication difficulties; 7. Other researchers think it is not possible to include the situation.
