Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for admission to the depression group (1) Age: 18-60 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 moderate major depressive disorder; (3) HAMD > 17 points; (4) Have not taken antidepressants and hypnotic drugs in the past three months; (5) Voluntarily participate in experiments; (6) Understand the research content and sign an informed consent form; (7) Right hand 2. Normal group enrollment criteria (1) Age: 18-60 years old; (2) Volunteer to participate in the experiment; (3) Have not taken antidepressants and hypnotic drugs in the past three months; (4) Understand the research content and sign an informed consent form; (5) Right hand.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for exclusion in the depression group (1) Have suffered from other mental disorders in DSM-5 (such as schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, etc.); (2) Substance abuse, dependence; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Those who have serious physical diseases (such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, diabetes, etc.); (5) Accompanied by obvious impulsive behavior and cannot cooperate with the examiner. 2. Exclusion criteria for the sleep disorder group (1) Have suffered from other mental disorders in DSM-5 (such as schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, bipolar and related disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, etc.); (2) Substance abuse, dependence; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Have serious medical diseases (such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, diabetes, etc.); (5) Accompanied by obvious impulsive behavior, cannot cooperate with the examination. 3.
