18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was in accordance with the classification criteria of SLE revised by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1997; 2. There is clinical evidence of renal involvement; 3. After induction remission therapy (at least one traditional immunosuppressant therapy) > 6 months, 24-hour urinary protein > 0.5g, or ln relapsed again after clinical remission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had other autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, and dermatomyositis; 2. There were acute infections, including upper respiratory tract infection, lung infection, urinary tract infection, etc.; 3. History of malignant tumor; 4. History of tuberculosis infection.
