Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It met the diagnostic criteria in Diagnostic Essentials of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019, and was confirmed by craniocerebral CT or MRI; 2. Aged 18-75; 3. First time, unilateral hemiplegia patients, 2 weeks <= duration <= 12 months; 4. Patients with limb dysfunction and hemiplegia have good cognitive function, can understand the therapist's instructions, and can cooperate with training and relevant testing; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with transient ischemic attack and quadriplegics; 2. Severe speech and cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with the completion of relevant tests; 3. Skull defects, head infections, skin disease, and other conditions can not be completed.
