Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 years old or above, diagnosed with COPD, interested in research, and able to use WeChat and Tencent conference.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participates joined other rehabilitation studies within 12 months before the intervention, and suffer from dementia, cognitive impairment or other symptomatic mental diseases, hearing and/or vision impairment, and diseases or health conditions combined with sports taboos, which are not suitable for participation in the study after evaluation by the researcher.
