Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric adenocarcinoma was confirmed by gastroscopy and biopsy before operation. The primary focus was located in the upper and/or middle of the stomach. It is expected that radical total gastrectomy is feasible; 2. Preoperative tumor stage:cT1N0M0-T4aN3M0, I-IIIc; 3. Subject age: = 18 years old; 4. Informed consent of the patient or his entrusted agent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy or perioperative radiotherapy; 2. History of other malignant tumors; 3. Emergency surgery due to obstruction, perforation or bleeding; 4. preoperative serum albumin grade 2 or ASA > grade 3; 6. Preoperative examination is expected to require combined thoracic path surgery, Whipple operation and combined organ resection; 7. Serious mental illness; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Unable to complete the trial scheme or follow-up plan due to personal, family, social or geographical conditions.
