Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective valve replacement surgery 2. Age 18-75 years old. 3. No other organ system dysfunction (liver, kidney, brain, lung, or blood system diseases).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : 1. Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)<40%; 2. Preoperative application of cardiac assist devices (such as IABP, cardiac pacemaker, left ventricular assist device, etc.); 3. Patients need IABP or ECMO support after heart re-beating; 4. Patients died during the operation; 5. Researchers deemed it inappropriate or family members and patients refused to participate in the study.
