18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have T2DM; 2. Age range is 18-85 years old; 3. PHQ-9 score >= 10; 4. Have no hearing impairment, can complete a telephone interview; 5. Willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a serious medical condition and/or are in advanced stage (eg heart disease, kidney failure, cancer, major organ failure, etc.); 2. Have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, are currently using antipsychotics or mood stabilizers, or require psychiatric treatment in a medical facility; 3. Have suicidal intent (question 9 of the PHQ-9); 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Live in a long-term care facility, or; 6. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 7. No fixed address or contact information; 8. For other reasons, the family doctor believes that it is not suitable to participate in this study.
