Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery under intravenous anesthesia.(ASA) Grade I-II, age 20-40, BMI 18-24. No electrolyte disorder, infection, immune and endocrine system diseases, no recent use of cardiovascular drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormone drugs and anti-psychotic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of vaginal birth; Abnormal liver and kidney function; History of cardiopulmonary diseases; Sleep apnea syndrome; Long-term use of drugs such as diazepam; Long-term users of opioids; People allergic to oxycodone.
