Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with grade I-III intrahepatic bile duct stones confirmed by imaging; 2. Age>= 18 years old; 3. Patients who accept the therapeutic method and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.stones located above III grade intrahepatic bile duct; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction and can not to tolerate surgery; 3. complicated with liver abscess, liver parenchyma atrophy or cancer; 4. Previous history of choledochojejunostomy; 5. Suffering from liver abscess previously. 6. Suffering from severe biliary tract infection or systemic infection latest 3 months; 7. The gastrointestinal tract is narrow and distorted, and the duodenoscope cannot pass; 8. patients who refused to participate in this study or dropped out during the study period.
