Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: adult patients aged 18 to 70 years who were clinically suspected of having an occupying pancreatic lesion requiring an enhanced MRI scan of the upper abdomen, excluding pregnant women. Control group: Adults aged 18 to 70 years without pancreatic lesions who require MRI-enhanced scans of the upper abdomen for physical examination or other disease diagnosis, except pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group 1. Subjects with unstable vital signs or other physical or psychological reasons for not being able to undergo MRI. 2. Subjects with a previous history of gadolinium contrast allergy who are unable to inject contrast for DCE-MRI scanning. 3. Patients who were unable to complete DCE-MRI and DWI scans for other reasons. Healthy controls 1. Subjects with unstable vital signs or other physical or psychological reasons that prevent them from performing MRI. 2. Those who were found to have pancreatic lesions or occupying lesions in the upper abdomen involving the pancreas after examination
