Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OCD patients: 1. Meet the OCD diagnostic criteria in the 5th edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 2. The total score of Yale Brown Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) is = 16, and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) is<18; 3. Aged 18-45, right-handed, with unlimited education; 4. Sign the informed consent form. Normal controls: 1. Aged 18-45, right-handed, with unlimited education; 2. No major physical disease or mental disease meeting the diagnostic criteria; 3. No previous history of mental disorders, no family history of mental disorders; 4. It was matched with OCD group in gender, age and handedness; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: OCD patients: 1. Refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder: refers to the inhibition of 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake after at least 3 kinds of sufficient doses and sufficient courses of treatment Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs; one of them is clomipramine, SRIs includes SSRIs and clomipramine) Treatment, at least two second-generation antipsychotics are used as synergists, and CBT treatment is carried out at the same time when sufficient SRIs are used Patients who have been treated for 3 months and have no obvious effect in all the above treatments (Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of OCD, 2016). 2. The patient is in danger of suicide or hurting others; 3. History of brain organic diseases and major somatic diseases; 4. Conform to the diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and other mental disorders; 5. Evidence of drug dependence and use of psychoactive substances; 6. Patients who have been treated with electric shock, transcranial magnetic stimulation, deep brain stimulation and other treatments that affect brain function. 7. Patients who took psychiatric drugs or received systematic psychological treatment within 4 weeks before enrollment; 8. Those who have metal implants and metal dentures in their bodies, who are in pregnancy and lactation, who have claustrophobia and can not be scanned by MRI. Normal control: Those who have metal implants and metal dentures in their bodies, who are in pregnancy and lactation, who have claustrophobia and can not be scanned by MRI.
