65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I~III level 2. Hip surgery patients 3. age over sixty-five years; 4. moderate to severe depressive symptoms evaluated through Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and MADRS; 5. Plan to be hospitalized >= 72 h after surgery 6. agree to use patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA >III level; 2. Patients with central nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's, epilepsy, dementia, etc. 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency 4. Severe uncontrolled hypertension, glaucoma, intracranial hypertension 5. pregnancy or lactation; 6. major depressive disorder patients who have received anti-depressants within the past 2 weeks; 7. hyperthyroidism; 8. patients who cannot cooperate to complete psychiatric assessments; 9. unwilling to use PCIA or refuse to participate in this study
