Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients undergoing elective unilateral breast surgery;Age 18 to 70 years;BMI 18~30 kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to anaesthetic medication; Abnormal platelet or coagulation function; Preoperative use of continuous anticoagulation and/or anti-platelet medication; Puncture site scarring, infection; History of previous chest surgery; History of chronic alcohol consumption, chronic pain or long-term psychotropic medication; Patients who refuse to participate in the study or who are unable to cooperate with the study (e.g. co-morbid psychiatric conditions, language comprehension disorders, etc.)
