18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, 18-50 years old, right-handed; 2. Conforming to the standard of migraine without aura, and the course of disease is more than one year; 3. The menstrual cycle is 28 ± 7 days; 4. Menstrual migraine requires migraine to occur within 1 ± 2 days of at least two cycles in every three menstrual cycles; 5. The menstrual-unrelated migraine group only had migraine attacks outside the menstrual period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MRI showed brain lesions; 2. Suffering from nervous system disease, severe anxiety or depression; 3. MRI contraindications such as claustrophobia and metal implants; 4. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. During pregnancy or lactation; 6. Those who have severe cognitive impairment and are unable to cooperate in completing the experiment
