Dentition defect with vertical bone defect

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has been continuously treated in the Department of Oral, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology; 2. The patient has no contraindications of implant surgery; 3. There is a serious vertical (>=4mm) alveolar bone defect in the dentition defect area, and the initial bone can accommodate an implant with >=3.5mm diameter and >=4mm apical part of length; 4. Patients voluntarily participate in the study and can cooperate with re-examination and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is younger than 18 years old, or is pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. The patient has uncontrolled systemic disease; 3. The patient meets the indications for maxillary sinus bone grafting.
