Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Requiring ventilation, inotropes,and vasoactive medications; 2. Gestational age less than 28weeks; 3. Requiring special therapies, such as cooling, blood transfusion, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation(ECMO),continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT), surgery; 4. Seizures,and IVH.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents refused to join in the study; 2. Discharge within 24 hours.
