Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tear or Elman type III partial tear treated with arthroscopic surgery; age >= 50 years; female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Huge rotator cuff tear; Concomitantly clear shoulder stiffness; Smokers; Diseases of the immune system; Diseases of the hematologic system; Tumor patients; Various metabolic bone diseases, such as osteogenesis imperfection and osteomalacia; Malabsorption syndrome or various gastrointestinal disorders associated with malabsorption; Hypocalcemia or hypercalcemia, or serum albumin-corrected blood calcium levels that are not within the normal laboratory values; Vitamin D deficiency; Suffering from severe liver and kidney diseases; Previous drugs anti-osteoporosis patients.
