Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 60 and 79 years. 2. Patients with clinically diagnosed sarcopenia. 3. Capable of walking alone, without the use of an assistive device. 4. Persons with low physical activity levels. 5. Those who have been assessed by a specialist as suitable for exercise training. 6. Enrollees signed an informed consent form to voluntarily undergo this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable or unwilling to sign an informed consent form 2. Patients with recent quiet ECG showing severe myocardial ischemia, recent myocardial infarction (within 2 days) or other acute cardiac event; patients with unstable angina pectoris 3. Patients with uncontrolled arrhythmias that can cause symptoms or hemodynamic changes 4. Patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis 5. Patients with uncontrolled symptomatic heart failure 6. Patients with acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction 7. Patients with acute myocarditis or pericarditis. 8. Patients with suspected or known ruptured aneurysms. 9. Patients with acute systemic infection with fever, generalized pain, or enlarged lymph nodes. 10. Patients with severe liver or kidney disease, pulmonary disease (COPD, asthma) or movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, limb mobility disorder. 11. Patients with a previous history of mental or neurological disease such as dementia. 12. Patients with drug or alcohol dependence 13. patients with abnormal abilities in daily living (have difficulty to walk and climb stairs) 14. Participated in a structured exercise program within the past 3 months
