60 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 60 years; met MCI diagnostic criteria: subjective cognitive decline within 1 year as reported by the participant or informant; MMSE score > 24 (elementary: > 20; illiterate: > 17); MoCA score < 26 (total score plus 1 if <= 12 years of education) ADL score < 26; living in a nursing facility with no intention of leaving in the next 24 weeks; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with delirium or other psychiatric disorders; major physical illnesses, such as severe cardiovascular disease, malignancy, etc.; severe visual and hearing dysfunction that prevents communication; taking medications that affect sleep or cognition, such as meperidine; alcohol or substance abuse; concurrent participation in other related studies.
