Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age = 60 years 2. Patients undergoing elective daytime surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with mental and nervous system diseases or suspected dementia or memory impairment 2. Patients with hearing, vision and language system impairment who cannot complete the assessment 3. Preoperative confirmation/suspicion of abuse or long-term use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics 4. Preoperative cognitive impairment determined by MMSE scale 5. The patients and their families refused the study
