Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Survey of medical institutions: 1. Community Health Service agencies of Yangzhou. Patient survey: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Malignant tumor patients followed up and managed by Yangzhou community health service institutions; 3. Patients who can fully understand the investigation content; 4. Patients who have the ability to complete the investigation; 5. Patients who participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent. Community Worker Interview: 1. Staff whose work are related to community cancer patient management in Yangzhou, including community doctors, nurses, social workers, oncologists, etc.; 2. Staff who participate in community follow-up management of cancer patients for more than 3 years; 3. Staff who can fully understand the interview content; 4. Staff who voluntarily accept the interview and sign the informed consent. Patient Interview: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Malignant tumor patients followed up and managed by Yangzhou community health service institutions; 3. Patients who can fully understand the interview content; 4. Patients who have the ability to complete the interview process; 5. Patients who voluntarily participate in the interview and sign the informed consent.
