Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Lumbar fusion through posterior approach; 3. Estimated operation time: 2-4 hours; 4. general anesthesia; 5. ASA ?-?; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The temperature of the patient at home >= 38?; 2. Abnormal nasopharynx, unable to take core body temperature measurement; 3. Pre-existing underlying metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism), infection or abnormal body temperature 3 days before surgery; 4. Abnormal thermoregulation, such as malignant hyperthermia and neuropacifier malignant syndrome; Accompanied by hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.
