Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years or older, diopter >= -10D, visual function continued to be damaged, obvious posterior staphyloma of the sclera, fluorescein angiography or sputum green choroidal angiography showed degenerative changes in the retina and choroid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-axial myopia: such as curvature myopia, exponential myopia, and myopia caused by other syndromes such as Mafan's syndrome, Stifkler syndrome, etc., the cause of myopia is not related to the length of the axial length; 2. Simple myopia; 3. Acute or chronic inflammation or tumor in the eyeball or its surrounding tissues; 4. Suspected glaucoma or normal tension glaucoma patients; 5. serious diseases such as heart disease, leukemia, collagen disease, diabetes, nephrotic retinopathy, severe hypertension, etc.
