Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both men and women over 18 years old 2. Understanding the procedure and content of the trial and signing the informed consent voluntarily . 3. Previous or present diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris. 4. Moderate-severe psoriasis was diagnosed (more than 4 nails involved OR NAPSI>20).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using TNFa inhibitors previously. 2. Complicated with serious heart and brain, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system disease and malignant tumor. 3. Complicated with demyelinating diseases and connective tissue diseases. 4. Active tuberculosis, hepatitis and other active period of infection. 5. Participating in other clinical trials at the same time or finishing less than 30 days. 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
