Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who agree to adhere to the diagnostic criteria of adenoid hypertrophy in children 2. Regardless of gender, the age is between 3 and 12 years old 3. Those who have obtained the permission of the legal guardian of the child and signed the "informed consent form"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria 2. Receiving other relevant treatment methods during treatment 3. Other serious complications and systemic diseases 4. Patients with congenital dysplasia and space occupying lesions of posterior nostrils were excluded
