Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute posterior circulation infarction according to the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in Western Medicine; 2. Patients with first or previous stroke without significant sequelae (Mrs =1) 3. Age >=18 years old, 4. onset time <= 48 hours (onset time: onset time of stroke symptoms, if the onset in sleep, the last performance of the normal time before sleep as the onset time)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of clear imaging (CT or MRI) evidence (no infarction was found during hospital follow-up) . 2. Patients had anterior circulation infarction or both anterior and posterior circulation infarction, transient cerebral ischemia 3. After the onset of this disease, patients who have received or will be treated with Vasculotomy; 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate and cooperate with the treatment;
