Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear surgical indication; 2. 65-80 years old; 3. Patients with a total score of 24 or greater as measured by the Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE). The MMSE score was measured by clinicians with relevant experience and strict training who were responsible for scoring the patients, and the evaluators were responsible for the fixed staff of the project team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perennial alcohol addiction, long-term use of drugs affecting mental state; 2. Complicated with severe liver dysfunction and renal dysfunction; 3. Cognitive impairment caused by mental and psychological disorders; 4. language, vision, hearing impairment leads to failure to cooperate with normal examination; 5. Low education level, lack of basic cognitive ability, etc.
