18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age =18 years, 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ?-?, 3. scheduled for elective simultaneous bilateral UVATS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if any of the following criteria are met: 1. contraindication to regional anesthesia, 2. bleeding disorder, 3. history of opiate abuse, 4. infection or eczema at the injection site, 5. known psychiatric or neurologic disorders, 6. pre-existing chronic pain, 7. allergy to any drug/agent used in the study, 8. inability to provide adequate informed consent, or patient refusal.
