Controll group:Preoperative intake of a carbohydrate drink with 400ml 2h before and postoperative intake of water with 400 ml
experimental group:Preoperative combined postoperative intake of a carbohydrate drink with 400ml 2h before surgery and postoperative intake of a carbohydrate drink with 400ml 4-6h after surgery

50 Years to 89 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective operation of radical prostectomy(including laparoscopy and robot ) 2. between 18 and 90 years old 3. informed consent before enrollment in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to complete the scale assessment 2. diabetes mellitus 3. body mass index (BMI) >= 35kg/m2 4. underwent subtotal gastrectomy anf total gastric resection
