Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective hysteroscopy, grade ASA I-II; 2. The older group was >= 60 years old,The overweight group BMI24.0-27.9kg/m^2; 3. Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction in cardiopulmonary,liver,kidney and brain; 2. History of allergy to soy, milk, propofol, sufentanil or local anesthetic drugs; 3. History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence; 4. Severe audiovisual impairment or other factors lead to communication difficulties.
