Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia for cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. 20kg/m2= 30kg/m2,weight between 50 and 90 kg; 4. ASA I-III,no serious underlying illnesn;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those with contraindications to general anaesthesia; 2. severe cardiac, hepatic or renal disease; 3. history of psychiatric disorders or overdose of opioid analgesics; 4. long-term medications affecting blood pressure and heart rate; 5. electrolyte disturbances; 6. patients with a predicted difficult airway; 7. history of surgery and anaesthesia within 6 months; 8. patients with contraindications or complications of lumbar square muscle block, including coagulation disorders, local infection and local anaesthetic toxicity; 9. Conversion to open surgery; 10. Patients with prolonged preoperative poor glycaemic control and combined diabetes mellitus; 11. Patients with combined cortisolism and reduction of associated metabolic abnormalities; 12. Spinal deformities; 13. Previous retroperitoneal position surgery.
