Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80 years old; 2. patients with confirmed hemiplegic leg spasticity after stroke and stroke time > 3 months; 3. increased muscle tone of the affected lower limb (soleus MAS score = 1); 4. Brunnstrom score of hemiplegic lower limbs 3-5. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: 1. age 20-80 years old; 2. No history of neurological disease or current treatment with acute or chronic medications affecting the central nervous system
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and mental illness; 2. Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders; 3. Presence of thrombus in the treatment area; 4. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 5. Patients with severe hypertension and poor blood pressure control; 6. Patients with cardiac pacemaker; 7. Patients with malignant tumors; 8. Pregnant women; 9. Patients with sensory dysfunction; 10. Patients with acute attack of gout; 11. Patients with tendon and fascia rupture and severe injury.
